Departure Transfer
We support hotel-to-airport transfers as well. We’ll confirm a recommended pickup time based on your flight, location, and expected traffic.

Is this a private transfer?
Yes. It is a 100% private transfer for your party only. You travel directly to your destination without waiting for other passengers.
How much does it cost?
A one-way transfer between the airport and anywhere in Seoul is $70 total. Destinations in the nearby metro area (such as Bundang, Ilsan, Gimpo city center, or Incheon city center) are $80 total. Other destinations, including Paju, are quoted on request.
Are fuel and tolls included?
Yes. Fuel and standard highway tolls are included in the confirmed transfer price.
How many guests can you take?
The standard vehicle comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests with standard luggage. For groups of 4 or more, please contact us so we can confirm the vehicle and price.
How much luggage can we bring?
Standard capacity is one 20-inch suitcase plus one small personal or carry bag per guest, for up to 3 guests. If you have larger suitcases, extra luggage, or bulky items, please contact us before booking.
Where will we meet at the airport?
After collecting your luggage, message us on WhatsApp. We’ll coordinate with you in real time and meet you near the gate or exit where you are.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
Flight delays themselves do not incur extra charges. We adjust pickup based on actual arrival conditions and include up to 90 minutes of waiting after landing. If you need more than 90 minutes, please message us on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm whether additional waiting is possible and explain any extra cost before you agree to it.
Do you provide child seats?
Child seats are not provided.
Can we add sightseeing on the way?
No. This service is a direct point-to-point transfer. If you’d like to see Seoul on the way to or from the airport, please explore our Private Car Tour or ask about a Layover Tour.
Do you serve Gimpo Airport as well as Incheon?
Yes. We serve both Incheon International Airport (Terminals 1 and 2) and Gimpo Airport.
When do I pay, and what if I need to cancel?
A 30% deposit by bank transfer (including Wise) confirms your date and transfer. You can pay the balance in cash on the day of your tour or in advance. Cash has no extra fee; bank transfers (including the deposit) carry a 2% processing fee, plus US$7 for international Swift transfers. Requests without a deposit are not guaranteed until confirmed. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your tour starts, with a full refund of any deposit or advance payment; within 24 hours, payments already made are not refunded. If we need to cancel (weather, safety, or our own reasons), you get a full refund. Date changes are free when we can accommodate them.
