How much is a private Seoul car tour, and what is included?
For 1–3 guests, a 5-hour private Seoul car tour is $400 total for your group, with an English-speaking local guide, a private vehicle, fuel, standard tolls and parking for the agreed Seoul itinerary. Standard tours run from 4 to 8 hours, with the total adjusted to your selected duration. Meals, drinks and admission tickets are not included unless specifically stated. For 4 or more guests, we’ll quote based on group size and vehicle arrangements.
Can we choose our own itinerary?
Yes. We can adjust neighborhoods, stops and pace within Seoul around your interests.
What if we have 4 or more guests?
Please contact us for a quote. Pricing depends on group size and vehicle arrangements.
Can the tour start or end at the airport, or fit a layover?
Yes, on request. With a long layover at Incheon, we can pick you up at the airport, show you Seoul by private car, and bring you back in time for your flight, with your luggage kept in the car. Airport travel counts toward your tour duration, so please share your flight times, direction and luggage details when you inquire.
Are admission tickets included?
Admission tickets are not included unless they are specifically listed in your confirmed quote. If a paid attraction is part of your itinerary, we’ll let you know before the tour.
Can we travel outside Seoul?
Tell us where you would like to go in your tour request so we can discuss the arrangements.
Is the suggested route fixed?
No. It is a representative route. We adjust the day around your interests, opening days, traffic and local access rules.
When do I pay, and what if I need to cancel?
A 30% deposit by bank transfer (including Wise) confirms your date and guide. You can pay the balance in cash on the day of your tour or in advance. Cash has no extra fee; bank transfers (including the deposit) carry a 2% processing fee, plus US$7 for international Swift transfers. Requests without a deposit are not guaranteed until confirmed. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your tour starts, with a full refund of any deposit or advance payment; within 24 hours, payments already made are not refunded. If we need to cancel (weather, safety, or our own reasons), you get a full refund. Date changes are free when we can accommodate them.
